It felt so great to go camping. The autumn temperature was perfect. We left San Jose late Friday afternoon. Bad idea, because we hit all the traffic along 880, 80, and 101. By the time we got there, it was pitch dark. The exit sign wasnt’ very helpful. After you take the exit, there are no signs telling you to turn left or right for Humboldt park. After many circles, we finally found it.
The darkness didn’t stop us from firing up and making some huge ribs.
Good to see you still know how to start a fire, Hoover. We’ll have to plan a backpacking trip again at some point.
